2. Return Timeframe

Return periods vary depending on the product category. Unless stated otherwise, the following general timelines apply:

  • Standard Products: 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • Electronics and Appliances: 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • Clothing, Shoes, and Accessories: 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • Digital Products or Subscriptions: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • Custom-Made or Personalized Items: Not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

  • Sale or Clearance Items: Final sale; not eligible for return unless stated otherwise.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products and services are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Downloadable software or digital content

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics, or opened skincare products)

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

  • Services rendered (e.g., consultations, workshops)

  • Items returned without authorization or outside the return window


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Visit the “Returns” section of the Site and complete the return form. Include your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant details or photos if the product is defective or damaged.

  2. Wait for Return Authorization
    You will receive confirmation via email with return instructions if your request is approved.

  3. Package the Item Securely

5. Refund Eligibility and Method

5.1 Refund Approval Criteria

Refunds will be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The item is returned in unused and resalable condition within the return window.

  • The item was received damaged or defective (with evidence).

  • The wrong item was shipped.

5.2 Refund Method

We do not refund any handling, express shipping, or insurance charges unless required by law.


6. Restocking Fees and Deductions

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returned items, particularly for electronics or high-value merchandise. This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging.

Deductions may also apply for:

  • Missing packaging or components

  • Damaged items due to improper packaging

  • Unauthorized returns


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on select items if:

  • You received the wrong size, color, or item

  • You wish to exchange for a different variant of the same product (based on availability)

To request an exchange:

  • Follow the return process and specify “Exchange” as your return reason.

  • Exchanges are only processed after the original item has been received and approved.

  • If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund may be issued instead.


8. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described:

  • Contact us immediately through the return form or support portal.

  • Include photos or videos of the item and packaging.

  • We may offer a full refund, a replacement, or a discount as resolution.

  • In some cases, we may not require you to return the item.

All damage claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.


9. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package was marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or your local delivery provider.

  • Notify us within 5 business days of the marked delivery.

We are not liable for stolen packages after delivery, but we may offer assistance with the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered):

  • We will file a claim with the courier and offer a refund or replacement, subject to carrier confirmation.


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First check your bank or credit card account.

  • Contact your financial institution—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, notify us for assistance.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days of return approval.


11. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped:

  • Cancellations must be requested through the Site’s support interface.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned according to this policy.

Digital products or downloadable content are non-cancelable once the download or access link is sent.


12. International Returns

International customers may return eligible items at their own expense unless otherwise required by local law. International returns are subject to:

  • No reimbursement of international shipping fees, import duties, or VAT

We do not offer international exchanges at this time.


13. Store Credit (If Offered)

  • Will be issued in USD

  • Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

14. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns

  • Refuse a return or refund if fraud, abuse, or repeated return behavior is detected

  • Deactivate or ban customer accounts involved in such behavior

  • Report fraudulent activities to legal authorities


15. Warranties and Manufacturer Claims

We do not offer extended warranties unless explicitly stated at checkout.


16. Dispute Resolution

Chargebacks initiated without attempting to resolve the issue first may result in account suspension.
