Refund and Returns Policy

At Kyromavel, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, we offer a clear and straightforward Refund and Returns Policy to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The item must not be a final sale or customized item, as these are not eligible for returns.
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Opened toys or products that have been used or assembled
2. How to Return an Item
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps to return your item:
a. Contact Us:
Before returning an item, please contact us at info@kyromavel.com or call us at (540) 895-4017 to notify us of your intention to return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
b. Pack the Item:
Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging with all the parts, accessories, and paperwork included. If the item was damaged upon receipt, please take pictures and include them with your return request.
c. Ship the Item:
Once you’ve received the Return Authorization Number, ship the item back to us at the following address:

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
3. Refund Process
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order for the replacement item. This ensures that you receive your new product as quickly as possible.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@kyromavel.com. We will resolve the issue by either providing a replacement, issuing a full refund, or offering store credit, depending on your preference.
We may request you to send us pictures of the damage for verification purposes. If we determine that the item is defective or damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders before they are shipped, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you will need to follow our standard return process.
7. Late Returns
If your return is made after the 30-day return window, we may not be able to accept it. However, if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
