Delivery times for international shipments may vary, and customers are responsible for any additional duties or taxes incurred during customs processing.
2. Shipping Charges

We process orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed after 1 PM local time may not be processed until the following business day. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

a. P.O. Boxes:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for domestic or international orders.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
